We are no longer paying the postage on prepaid orders. This notice revises page 52 of our September, 1998 Publications List. We still continue to give discounts for large prepaid orders.
Effective September 1, 1999, we will be including first class postage (or UPS if cheaper) charges for all mailed or shipped orders, including prepaid orders.
Wyoming residents: We must charge all Wyoming residents 6% sales tax. This applies because Albany county and the City of Laramie (instead of the customer's city or county of residence) is considered the point of sale. The sales tax is applied after adding shipping and postage charges.
