The maps of recent geologic activity may include major events such as earthquake swarms, earthquakes above magnitude 5, geothermal explosions, or volcanic eruptions. All earthquake activity in Yellowstone, including those under magnitude 5, can be found and mapped via the Interactive Web Map of Yellowstone Geology or the WSGS Earthquake Database IMS.
