Abstract:
The ANSS catalog compiles event information from many seismic networks; the University of Utah Seismograph Stations (UUSS) and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) operate the two main seismic networks in Wyoming. The seismic events in the ANSS catalog have been clipped using the bounding coordinates of 45.4, -111.4 and 40.6, -103.6 (Decimal Degrees). This IMS includes earthquakes outside the Wyoming border that may have been felt by residents of Wyoming.
Purpose: To provide users with epicenter data in the state of Wyoming.
