In memory of Robert M. Lyman 1948-2006

Bob served as the Coal Section Head for the Wyoming State Geological Survey from 1998 to 2006. He brought with him 16 years of experience and one heck of a good sense of humor from working in the coal industry. He was and will be remembered as a noted expert on Wyoming’s coal industry, coal geology, and as a very generous man. The staff of the Wyoming State Geological Survey would like to express their deepest condolences to the Lyman family and let them know how much he will be missed.
